Integra Expenses Management empowers Teagasc to streamline staff expenses

Teagasc, the agriculture and food development authority, employs 1,100 staff at 55 locations throughout Ireland. Many employees regularly travel across the country to meet and keep track of Teagasc’s 50,000 farmer clients requiring them to submit expense and subsistence claims each month. This high level of activity presented a problem to the central finance department as accounts staff were occupied manually keying in, authorising and paying expense claims, which was both time-consuming and resource hungry.
