Integra Centros Release 25 Announced For March 2025!
The latest release of Integra Centros, Release 25 (R25), is due to be available in March 2025.
This version is packed with 112 new features and enhancements, designed to take the next step in the evolution of the financial management solution. Incoportatng AI, and seervral next generation feature, R25 represents a significant step forward.

What's New in R25?
Integra Centros R25 delivers updates across five key categories: Tools, Nominal, Procurement, Purchasing, and Sales/Cash. This release focuses on delivering powerful new functionalities and refining existing features based directly on your input.
Release 25 is the latest version of Integra Centros that comes with a variety of new features and product enhancements.
Key Highlights of R25:
R25 includes a wealth of new additions, including:
- AI Finance Process Automation: The process automation module will allow processes to be automated using actions such as capturing data, submitting jobs, entering data into screens
- AI Interpretation Layer Enablement: With AI enablement, it is now possible to create queries using Natural Language which is interpreted by an AI Model.
- Amazon Punchout (P2P Capability): Simplify procurement with seamless integration to Amazon Business.
- Centros Secure: Enhanced security features including MFA to further protect your Integra Centros.
- Cloud Migration Programme: Plan your transition to the cloud with IBSS’ Digital Solutions Team with our dedicated migration program and Single Provider Solution.
- CMS Credit Card Payment: Credit card payments can now be made during receipt entry in CMS.
Aligning Integra with new SEPA ISO 20022 changes
This change is to comply with new improved ISO 20022 standards. The main benefits include • Faster processing - providing more information in the payment, it allows banks to apply funds quicker. • Reduce queries - providing more information in the payment allows banks to identify specific information and reduce the number of queries. Friday 3 October 2025 is the last day old versions of the file will be accepted by the banks.
