Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust Selects Integra e-Procurement to Streamline Efficiencies

Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust, who have been assessed as one of the better performing NHS Trusts in the country by the Care Quality Commission, wanted to implement an automated purchase-to-pay system that would reduce maverick spending, enable better supplier controls, create greater efficiencies for the procurement process and facilitate collaborative working initiatives with other NHS Trusts.
Capita IB Solutions, with a proven track record of delivering e-Procurement solutions to NHS Trusts, will introduce efficiency benefits through the streamlining of processes and through the seamless integration to the Integra financial modules that are already in place at the Trust.
Over the coming months, Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust also plans to implement additional procurement modules that will extend the capabilities of Integra e-Procurement, including Purchase Ordering and Integra Catalogue Expert, which will be linked to the local procurement hub, creating a completely electronic and automated purchase-to-pay lifecycle. Ordering will be managed through a Trust wide deployment of eSeries.
