IBSS Takes Latest Integra Developments on the Road
IBSS is known by its customers to hold roadshows across the UK and Ireland each summer, to discuss updates and the latest planned and proposed developments within the Integra suite. This June saw no exception, with over 100 delegates representing a variety of customer organisations benefiting from face-to-face networking with like-minded people and our own staff from multiple departments.

With the London 2012 games at the forefront of everyone’s minds this year, we centred this successful roadshow on ensuring that our customers' systems are ‘fit’ for purpose. We also provided tours of some of the London 2012 venues, to make the most of this networking opportunity.
Discussing and demonstrating Integra’s capabilities of efficiency, cost-savings and organisation-wide management controls, we were able to show how Integra will equip users for the demands of the current financial climate. The roadshow catered for new and existing customers evidenced by Lindsay Narin of Dumfries and Galloway Council who said, "As a new customer, it has been good to meet with other authorities using the system as well as to hear what developments are underway."
We tailor our agenda to ensure that customers are kept up-to-date with the newest developments and are given opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback. As the eSeries 2 Framework release is fast approaching, our staff talked delegates through this and the changes and benefits that this update will bring for Integra’s new modules: Authorised Signatory Database (ASD), Dynamic Record Manager (DRM), NML 17, eForms and Supplier Portal.
